As the only running school, we offer the Quiet-on training for people who want to build up running in a very quiet and safe way. The Rustig-aan course is a Beginners course but at an adapted level. At the end of the course, you can run for about 25 minutes continuously.
You can already 30 min. run continuously and you know you can do more. You want to push your limits in distance or speed, improve your fitness, or you are looking for the incentive of running in a group, then the intermediate course is for you.
As an experienced runner, you already run regularly, but you want to push your limits. Mileage, improving speed, longer distances, maybe even training for the half or full marathon. After the Advanced course, your running performance is at a high level..
If you want to exercise intensively, but do not run, join our Powerwalk training! During the training, in addition to brisk walking, we do exercises for strength and flexibility.
Powerwalk is very suitable for people who already exercise regularly, but want to expand it and for runners who are recovering from a (running) injury. If you want to join: we assume that 30-45 minutes of walking is not a problem for you.
Under the guidance of qualified trainers, sporty walking is alternated with exercises that improve core stability. Powerwalk is not running, yet you burn a lot of calories with an hour of brisk walking. You train all muscle groups and you stay injury-free!
