From this starting point we can go to various parks such as Park Somerlust, Nature Park Amstel Glorie, the Amstelpark and Park Zorgvliet.
You start the training with walk-in and a warm up. After your muscles have warmed up properly, the trainer will give you a number of running technique exercises. For example, the trainer can plot a course for accelerations, but also suggest balance and strength exercises. Running technique often consists of a mix of all this.
After the running technique, you are ready to run longer stretches. The trainer ensures that the course and running program is varied and challenging every time.
